Description

The road was recently repaved. However, the contractor appears to have abandoned the project. The side turn lanes are not paved. The center turn lane is not paved; old pavement is exposed. The new road surface is already stripping away. Obviously the contractor used defective pavement material and the local government inspectors who signed off on the project noting completion never showed up on site. This is the personification of local government fraud! Tax payers have been billed for a project that was never completed yet signed off as being completed to specs.
