Description

I tried to pump up my bike tire this morning but instead deflated the tire because the pump at the parks department is broken.

I had the same issue at East Rock Park a couple of weeks ago. The o-rings on the connector fail over time and you can't get a good seal. It should be on someone's watch list to check every month or quarter. Thanks for reporting.
