Description

There is a homeless man living in the picnic area on the side of Tastee Freeze. Him and random other people drink out there all day long (the sound of bottles cracking open at 8 am is often my alarm clock..). I have seen these people urinate and defecate on the side of the storage unit in the back, and also in the woods behind it. This is the 4th summer of this, we cannot take it anymore. Please make this part of a regular police route! The owner of the building refuses to address this and knowingly allows these people to openly drink alcohol on site.
