Starting at Pear & Dock Street all the way up to S. 14th Street near La Diff Furniture Store, the walking trail have overgrown grass. While walking on the trail; you can't see the water because the grass has not been cut and when you are driving on Dock Street you can't view the beautiful river because the grass is tall. Can the City cut the grass and keep RVA looking beautiful?
