Footprint workers were using heavy machinery at around 7:15AM this morning, shaking houses and vibrating the street. Not only is this extremely early to be working but the decibel level was absolutely over what is allowed by the city. Things fell off the shelves in my house, my windows rattled as did picture frames on my walls. Nobody should be using a backhoe at 7AM in the morning, waking the neighborhood and damaging people's homes on top of it.
