Thank you for returning this case and reviewing it. May I please ask what is going to be done for this? The individuals are still doing it most every weekend. Law enforcement was even called once before and they denied it. Proof is in the photos though.

Thank you for your concern regarding this issue. It has been forwarded to the Sheriff's Office to be handled. I know you have stated that the Law has been called once on it and they denied it. However, this is within their jurisdiction to handle as there are signs that state that it is Pinellas County Property and it needs to be enforced. Thanks. Pinellas County Public Works.

Also, I just noticed they removed the county property and no trespassing signs to try and make it harder for law enforcement to enforce the law or trespass them as now they will claim they didn't know or wasn't posted. Please put signs up again possibly post signs as well as the gate signs.

An investigation by Traffic Engineering showed that two of the NO TRESPASSING signs were removed. A work request was submitted to the Sign Shop to replace the missing signs.

*******Pinellas County Traffic Engineering would like to remind readers that it is a felony to remove or interfere with Pinellas County's official signs. *****

Once the NO TRESPASSING signs are in, we will request a directed patrol from the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, to enforce the NO TRESSPASSING signs.

Can you also secure the wooden fence opening or gate they have made for entrance into your property from there's? It could be secured from your side. You can see where they enter from the picture of the map where the grass is worn down and where they cut your bushes cut down.
