I repeatedly have the same experience with LCI. My appeals for help are always ignored until I call the mayors office. I had an issue last month and after several emails and phone calls to LCI that were ignored I called and complained to the mayor's office. Within minutes I received a follow up call from LC I.
They had an "attitude" but the issue was eventually resolved.
Shame on you LCI!
