Description

The construction crew is once again working with a white styrofoam like material that has flown all over the area between my building (The Zenith) and the one they are building (The Elysium). It has created such a mess that we are unable to open our windows because the debris from this material is small enough to get through our window screens. This construction has been a nightmare.

The crew is also still leaving all of the lights on at the site overnight and beginning work well before 7am. This morning they started their construction machines at 6:30am.
