Description

At the corner of Norton and Whalley, in front of Wells Fargo, rain overflows from what must be clogged street gutters. It extends from the bus stop on Whalley around the corner onto Norton. In the winter, this turns to ice and is a hazard for pedestrians as well as anyone boarding the B bus. Pedestrians must risk falling on the ice, or entering the road to bypass the large ice mass.
