Description

9:00 PM on Thursday evening. Loud, whining AC units at Life Center Ministries loud enough to be heard throughout the neighborhood and inside of my house, over 100 yards away . This is a violation of City Code as a noise nuisance. As stated in the code excessive noise is a public health hazard. Why will the City not enforce the code and protect residents from this public health hazard?
