Once again Buchanon Road and Somersville has had another homeless person set up camp. The trash from the last 2 camps was never completely cleaned up and now we have another. Can't the area be fenced off with barbed wire on top like the canal? I think more effort on the city's part to put something in place so this STOPS, needs to happen.
