The City is well aware of the condition of the concrete sidewalks on Marlborough St. Many areas, including this one, are in a state of disrepair. I can't really justify an isolated repair to this particular sidewalk given the conditions that exist throughout the rest of this street. This street needs comprehensive sidewalk repair. However, a comprehensive concrete sidewalk repair, like the one required here, is typically done as part of the full reconstruction of this street. At this point, Marlborough Street is not scheduled for such a comprehensive reconstruction. However, given the condition of the sidewalks, Marlborough will be seriously considered for repair during our next iteration of the Five Year Capital Improvement Plan, which will be presented to the City Council on or around February 1st.

Given the previous comment, I am closing this issue. Marlborough will be considered for repair in our next CIP.
