Staff has checked the fountain and found no issues at this time. This is a frost proof fountain and sometime takes several seconds for pressure to build. I will have them go back in the next couple of days to double check.

Please be sure to hold down the button for the flow of water to begin. These fountains are designed to work this way to prevent freezing issues. Thanks!

No it shouldn't take this long I will look at myself Monday and see if it's something that can be adjusted or contact the manufacture for assistance. If needed.
