Description

The house behind me (4135 Balmoral Dr ) has large amounts of trash in back yard along with mutilple farm animals and pens ( pigs and chickens) the animals are attracting wild pest animals( possums, skunks, racoons ) into the area and create alot of noise and foul smells. Can this be looked into? I believe it is a violation of the citys codes.
