Police can not always monitor SCF, I suggest calling 911 if there's an emergency where police presence is needed.

Thanks for the comment LCI. The City has a no chase policy so there is not much the PD can do in the moment. Hopefully the video will be reviewed for faces and plates.

I don't see any video. The no chase policy is for the safety of the perpetrators - is that how we want a society run - protect the criminals? Contact Toni Harp's office with letters or emails or phone calls.
