The previous town selectmen put up a no dog sign and then a new selectman was voted in. Since then, the sign went missing and I've made several attempts to contact him with no success.

Pierce's Beach is plagued with this issue.. People tear the signs down, fold them in half, and throw them over the ledge (near the beach) so that they can "legally" bring their dogs around..
