The median that was put in a few years ago has made delivery a problem for businesses. The trucks need to be required by law to use side streets.

The City of Raleigh can send their Development Services Inspector to discuss this. I agree that the user could call the police, not 911, this wasn't an emergency situation. Certainly, this should be addressed. The construction people should not be blocking a major thoroughfare at that time of day.

I was on the TriangleTransit bus this morning, we waited 10 minutes for construction workers to let traffic by. They should not be blocking Hillsborough Street at 7:30am.

I agree with jbwncster, they should be using Park Ave to deliver equipment and construction material, not block Hillsborough St. I was in the traffic jam this morning. Blocking the street for 20 minutes is not acceptable.
