The code enforcement folks can't do anything about the RV,Boat or Trailer parked on the property frontage if it's properly tagged and registered. Please contact David Eggers and every other member of the board of County Commissioners and tell them you want the parking ordnance changed to remove these eye-sores from view.

Now if it's blocking the right of way (sidewalk)....that's a violation of state statue...

What about the width of the road and street parking permits? How wide must the roadway be in order to allow street parking. Again, this is the only way in and out of the development. The owner’s vehicle is parked in the road. It is not a wide enough road! The rest of the community should not have to suffer from one individual’s collection of vehicles. If they cannot fit them on their personal property, they need to find another place to store them. The road needs to serve its primary function first....Allow two-way traffic. As long as vehicles can get through each direction, then street parking would not be an issue.

Stop closing this please. The RV is not the issue. The vehicle in the public roadway is. This has not been resolved. Where do I need to take it from here to ensure the voices of this community are heard?

The vehicle in the roadway would be an issue addressed by the Sheriff's Department if it is causing a traffic obstruction.

The Sheriff’s Office cannot enforce it since there is no posted sign. Who do we need to contact to come out and measure the roadway? Correct me if I’m wrong, but if the road is not wider than 8’, street parking is not permitted and therefore a sign should be posted. Thank you for your help thus far

RV's are allowed in driveways! Why can't people read the codes before reporting on here!? They can have an RV up to 40 feet long, they can have a boat, they can have a truck! That RV is not an eyesore and neither is their home, they are not breaking any codes!! So annoyed with people who complain about stuff that are not restricted! Please read codes, rules and learn before posting and humiliating people! As a victim of a similar incident this is so embarrassing to have your address and complaints posted for the world to see! The home is not an eyesore, and the home is not the issue. Maybe I should make the complaint more clear. That way your two cents can bother somewhere else. THE ISSUE IS THE VEHICLE IN THE STREET. THE VEHICLE DOES NOT PERMIT TWO WAY TRAFFIC. THE VEHICLE IS PARKED IN THE STREET BECAUSE THEY HAVE TOO MUCH OCCUPYING THEIR DRIVEWAY IE, the RV and other vehicles. Since you are so good about relating to issues, try to relate to every single person that operates a vehicle down Cypress Dr.

If the truck is the issue then they should take a picture of truck in the road, just a thought!? But you didn't post this complaint, an anonymous person did so feel free not to lash out at people who comment! Code enforcement said no violation and tried to close this and even suggested calling police. I would think they know the codes better than I do!?
