Was talking my walk around the neighborhood when a sedan with license plate 821-XBE (CT) pulls up. A middle-aged man hops out and looks furtively around.
I think he looks suspicious and observe him. He walks up to the fence surrounding Bayview Park and then proceeds to urinate through the bars! I take a photo with my phone (attached)
He finishes up and walks back to his car. I yell at him telling him that this is a public park and there are kids nearby -- and that there is a McDonalds literally around the corner.
He laughs, tells me he couldn't hold it in, and drives off.
So much for keeping New Haven beautiful.

Wonder if the police can site this person based on the photo.
You might want to close it out as it's been documented and nukes it's a recurring problem not much can be done.
