Description
The lot on the corner of 7th Street South and 17th Street South is constantly overgrown onto the only sidewalks, making passage very difficult on an already extremely damaged sidewalk. Many times parked cars also blocking passage. Litter and debris cover the ground year round. This eye sore and hazard should not be allowed to continue as it has for the last few years.
