On 8/9/17 2 maintenance people from NGB prop mgt were found inside the apt (#1) changing the locks to the apartment. The rent is current to date for apt & work was not requested by renter. There was no notice provided by NGB regarding work. Maintenance person stated they were told to change locks asap. Maintenance worker showed & forwarded email with these instructions to me. I had not previously been informed of work.Maintenance worker stated they were chaning the locks because they did not have keys to the apartment. (The apt was locked, by me prior to their entrance). The maint people finished their work, gave me a copy of the key and exited. I asked what would they have done with the key if I had "found" them on accident in the apartment (due to loud pounding). Response was they would have put in under the plant in the hall. After they left the property, I realized they claimed they had no keys & came to change locks, which made me wonder how they entered. As i looked around it appeared as if they, moved the temnats plants (damaging them) took the screen out of the front window and climbed in. I took photos of this.
