Intersection parkway blvd. and Harvard

I drove the signal and did not observe the problem but the monthly inspection by the contract electrician is scheduled for the next few days so they will double check the issue. The "closed leg" into the construction area may be part of the problem. Once the streets are accepted in the next few months this signal will be fully functional.

Thanks! It happens when turning right from Harvard onto Parkway. While approaching the signal, the green arrow turns yellow, even when no other cars are coming. I'll check back once the other streets are opened in the next few months.
