This has been a continuous oriblem for a year now. I've tried everything to get the problem fixed.

This is a constant problem at this property, just as soon as it is cleaned up an entire new pile of crap is dumped. It is directly related to tenants that are constantly moving out(or kicked out) and the property owner hires some unqualified random to shovel out all the crap and they just dump it against the dumpster, they best part is most of it blow out and all over grant road and adjacent parking lots. This dumpster is a constant stress ever since it caught on fire a few month back.

The above picture is this weeks new pile the gutted washing machine has been replaced by a lovely spring fresh sofa and more trash and some more cat poop! The owner lives in an amazing 1.6 million dollar home in the foothills and his wife works for Banner as an accountant but they keep a different standard for this property.
