How do you get the responsible party to mow along Topeka Blvd in front of Frito Lay and all along the railroad under pass clear to 45 th street
Be it the city ,county or state or the railroad can someone mow it on both sides of road and not leave a big mess

The city is not responsible for the area. We maintain any growth that encroaches into the road way, however it is the responsibility of the adjacent property owner which appears to be both Frito Lay and the Union Pacific Rail Road.
