They are updating the lines.

They are taking the resident from the East side of the street and hooking then into West side water lines. The resident on the east side are on two inch lines and west side is on four inch lines. This will cause the West side to have lower pressure.

Call TECO Peoples Gas. It might be related to the installation of new natural gas lines in the area.
