Following up on my request....approaching 30 days without an update on inspection.

Thank you for your patience while this issue was inspected. The sign will be relocated following the conclusion of the city's brush and leaf pickup programs, approximately December 1st. We appreciate your continued patience with this matter.

Thank you for your patience while this issue was resolved. After an inspection it was determined that, based on the layout of the streets, moving the street sign would cause further problems. New street signs were installed 11/16/17 which feature arrows that direct traffic towards the desired street and eliminate any confusion. The city has used this solution in the past with great success. This issue will now be closed.

Unacceptable -- the arrows would still make sense. Having that sign on my corner causes more confusion than looking at the "arrow" ---

After further review by the Director of Transportation & Utilities and the city Traffic Engineer, it has been determined that the new signage meets both state and local standards and will not be moved.
