Thanks, Tim. I actually put this one in, to see how it works and sent the information to our Operations & Maintenance staff. I'm trying to get them and others in the City to consider using this city-wide for issues and promote its use through the City's website and other outlets.

We are looking at an application like this that will automatically generate work orders and route them to the appropriate departments for action, but this is a ways off. So, in the meantime, I see this as a useful application.
