Description

Someone dumped asphalt in the centre of the gravel alley behind this house so water cannot reach the catch basin / drain. Looked during Saturdays rain to see why water was building up in alley. Best access to alley is via mid-block sidewalk beside the house. Asphalt is west of the CB
