Description
The dust being created by the demolition and clearing between Downtown Blvd and RR tracks is so bad that it looks as though there is a dust storm going on. They need to wet down the site to keep dust and particles out of air. Businesses and residents in the area must be suffering as are the drivers passing through it. This is a CIty and NCDOT project that needs to follow dust rules.
