Here's what all that trash looks like this morning. Now the bags have all been ripped open which leaves loose litter on this hill on N. 2nd St. They're calling for rain today which means all of this garbage will be blocking the storm drains. I received an email about City needs to send an inspector. We don't need an inspector. We need a cleanup crew. This block has looked like this for two weeks and it continues to have litter added to the current problem. We are in a high-risk flood zone and when loose litter, leaves, debris, sofas and furniture washes down in front of the storm drains, we're going to have a problem.
