Description

the water department was here yesterday went through my whole yard with wands, could not find the box. Told me they would set me up with an appointment in the morning for a "tracer" to try to find the box that's supposed to be in the yard. Called this morning- there was no such appointment scheduled. I am still being billed for water although I have not had any for half a month (I was on vacation and came home to thus issue 9 days ago), my payments have never been delinquent, I need water turned back on to my home.
