Description

During late afternoon rush hour, the light at Mario Capecchi and Wasatch Dr makes it so the westbound drivers on Mario Capecchi gets backed up. The light is timed so if the TRAX is traveling it turns the the Mario Capecchi lights and the wasatch lights red. Why is this, as you can drive on Mario Capecchi with the TRAX traveling because they run parallel to each other? Everyone is leaving the hospital to go home and the traffic on Mario Capecchi is already backed up. Can the light at Mario Capecchi and Wasatch be reprogramed to make/keep the Mario Capecchi light green if the trax is traveling?
