Description

There are wires down, touching the sidewalk. A tree pulled a pole partly down yesterday. The tree was cleaned up, the pole was fixed, but the wires are still hanging down on the sidewalk. There is no flagging or protection. No idea if it's a dangerous area, but people are using the sidewalk.
