Its no secret that the backup of traffic between college rd. at shipyard and college rd. at oleander dr.
This is tyipical at all rush hours but >>>really bad at 5:00pm on weekdays and almost all day on the week end (moveing in the north bound lane). Much of this traffic is trying to get into Hugh Macrae park due to Ball games ,festivals, ect.
some of this congestion could be aleviated by a TURN LANE INTO HUGH MACRAE PARK from the N. bound lane.
Just a thought .
