Garbage dumpsters at Lynwood park are frequently used for illegal dumping of furniture, publix bread??, and all sorts of other items. There has been a couch lying down there for 6 months.

The parks of Brookhaven are still owned and maintained by DeKalb County. I will forward this information on to their Parks and Recreation Department to see what can be done.
