Q. Please describe the issue
A. The staff at the Job Corps smoke on the sidewalk on Johnson Road, as the Job Corps property is "smoke free". There is a can at the far end which is never emptied. At the front end and all the way to the far end, it is cluttered with cigarette and cigar tips. It is very disgusting that this is allowed. The same thing happens with the staff at the corner school...Chicopee Academy.
