Description

Gold colored van has been sitting in place for weeks and has no plates. Has been tagged with orange sticker from parking enforcement- now partially torn off. Why hasn't this been removed? Removing the sticker and relocating vehicle 10 feet further east or west does not comply with relocation. Has not had plates since we moved in several months ago.
