Doesnt it only make sense that tenants be notified when they are living in dwelling that ‘failed’ an inspection? How about putting signs on the building’s doors that must remain until the problems are remedied?
There should also be a registry of failed building inspections that can be accessed via computer!
I believe there is a registry of restaurants that fail health inspctions, which even includes their failing score. Why not rental properties?
