Yes it is and it is worse every time someone moves in to it. This house was scheduled for auction this year but then the landlord finally paid the back taxes, so he can continue to rent this awful place

Here's a picture of what this house looks like and the whole yard is a disgrace. The previous tenants also reported that the roof leaks in several places and there is mold growing inside. Thanks for looking into this!

Landlord was at the property today 9/21/17, pulling out dirty furniture into the yard.
Pieces of rolled roofing were gather up and nailed back onto the roof.
If I/we as a neighborhood and home owners have to have a roof and house that is in code compliance then this guy should also be held to the standard.

The Live Oaks Neighborhood would like to see the Codes Department step up on this problem house and landlord.

The pile of old furniture and rubbish has grown. Has there been a request from the owner for a special pick-up? We really prefer not to have this sit around until the next inspection on 10/05. Thanks!

Update ~ the main pile pictured above has been removed! We so appreciate this!! Now trash, house debris, and broken furniture or cabinetry has been added to the brush pile in the alley.

The brush pile at the end of the alley along with the other junk on top of it is making it a hazard to drive through to my driveway, I park in the back via alley access.. would appreciate this mountain of junk be removed.

This property is now has a for rent sign up.. this house is not habitable for anyone. Please provide some help and information on the status of this house inspection.. this guy can't keep getting away with this trash house .
