Yes i see that i tried to find it myself. However i did find an article from 2011 ab bp and noise and they do cite whitings noise ordinance..here is the excerpt from nwitimes ' According to Whiting's noise ordinance, an entity is in violation by operating any device in such a manner that annoys and disturbs any individual beyond the property boundary of the source.' from "asking for some quiet"

Maybe the city wants a lawsuit for failing to enforce its laws? I hope you make a point of calling 911 on a daily basis if necessary to document the city's record of ignoring violations. It affects quality of life and property owners affected should consider legal remedy.

What is the time frame that is becoming an annoyance to you? Bulldog establishing their outdoor patio is something Whiting always needes. There has never been a place in the city where customers can choose to sit outside and enjoy good food/drink and the very few days of good weather. Unless it's extremely early or very late, I don't see the issue.
