Description

in the alley between 16th avenue north and 17th avenue north, behind three housed under construction, there are heaps of debris, loose lumber, loose cement block shards, loose equipment and an unsecured porto john. it is a mess and a menace and has to be cleared before hurrican irma starts blowing debris and projectiles.
