Renters moved in down street play loud music from garage, garage door is open they sit in or outside garage in driveway drinking beer. Can hear music several houses away from inside. Observe constantly drinking alcohol, unsafe to approach re: music level. Does this daily after work til night. Feel unsafe to approach intoxicated neighbors to ask them to turn music down. Called sheriffs, desk sgt on several occasions desk sgt said there is no noise ordnance in the city or Los Angeles County and they will not do anything. RHCCC, please help with codes to provide sheriffs so they can do their job or contact person at sheriff, district person. would like to see more sheriffs driving through esp with all robberies and fast drivers/car accidents in Rowland Heights.
