Description

I have this issue with this construction, u think that more then 3years the city open this hole in the public meter parking and they did not finish, I was wondering when the city will do it.
When people Reid to parking at the meter, the Gron of the car always get ripped. Thanks
This is in front of the bar called the Avenue. Thanks
