One of the other things you SHOULD do is collect as much information as you can about this situation.

To Accurately Report a Problem:
Make sure it is something you saw or heard yourself! Hearsay won't help legally. Try to take pictures or shoot a quick video. A picture IS worth a thousand words!
Take note of:

Time of day
Area, address, cross streets
Vehicle Color,Makes and Models
Describe where this takes place (e.g., basement, side of building, etc.)
Gender: Male or Female and aproximates age
Ethnicity: White, Black, Hispanic, Asian
Height
Weight
Complexion
Hair color & Hair style
Eye color
Facial hair Scars, tattoos or other identifiable marks
Identifiable traits
Distinctive clothes or jewelry
Accent if any

I agree it's great if you can get the info on the people either buying or selling but unless you are able to do this completley undercover isn't it risky being outside of the residence with videos, cameras and pen and paper in hand there already has been an armed robbery at the residence and the police are well aware of the problem isn't it there responsibility why put the neighborhood families and small children at risk. Is there a neighborhood watch in the ponchockie area and if so maybe there should be some local meetings. Citizen K do you know for a fact or first hand there is only marijuana being sold at this residence (no matter what drug it is it is still illegal and a dangerous situation).

Apparantly the tenant of this house moved to Lapla Rd. in Marbletown and was recently arrested with other individuals (read Freeman article). Issue should be closed.

The arrested people are indeed linked to an investigation that started with them at 50 North Street in Kingston!
