We should install city owned and operated communication towers and showers (towers and showers tax!) at all parks and public spaces which would allow it. Basically, no resident of Oakland should go without access to a 1) bathroom with shower, 2) City-provided email address with 100GB of storage until residency terminates, and 3) City-provided wifi accounts with tons of bandwidth until residency terminates; $1/gig transferred for all else, at 1GB speed for all.
