Deskripsyon

Several trees have fallen or snapped due to Hurricane Irma storm winds & rain behind our home located on the canal beyond our property line. More have the potential to fall with saturated soil & continued wind. 2 have fallen towards our home landing on our birdcage covering our pool causing damage to it. Concerned more may fall as several are leaning. Please forward to appropriate persona to have them removed. Thank you!

Please send crew to remove trees, they are still here. We can not remove/knock down ourselves as they will fall on our fence causing more damage. Trees fell on our screen enclosure by canal during hurricane Irma.

Gave up on the fact that we were EVER going to receive help. Sawed down what we could this weekend. Frustrating when no response or updates were ever provided. Better service & feedback should be provided to residents in need. Had a great experience with the city responding before, not this time :/
