When coming from Cheshire on Route 10 and bearing left on Norton St., there is a blinking yellow light. Many people coming from Old Turnpike Rd. fail to realize this, and continue through the blinking red light assuming it is blinking red in the other direction as well. Many is the time I've almost been hit because the driver coming up the hill fails to realize this. There should be a sign on Old Turnpike saying that when light is flashing, oncoming traffic does not stop.
