Description

This entire block REAKS of urine and waste. Encampments were here earlier. Many children walking to the Sweet Peas preschool on this route. Stench is unacceptable!! Please spray wash. This smell lasts on Florida from 20th all the way to 17th!!!! Daily spray wash at a minimum is needed here if city continues to allow tents to sleep here.
