Most of these businesses in the city want one thing out Chelsea. Money. The lack of ownership is evident throughout the whole city. Very sad, such a beautiful city but lacking the heart.

The City DPW workers clean the Bellingham Sq. area, and the sidewalks, every day. We do encourage business owners to clean in front of their property, but there is no law that requires private property owners to clean debris (other than snow and ice) from the public property adjacent to their stores.
