Description

The drain on one side of the street is so block yo cannot even see it. The stretch of property next to it is all overgrown and has debris hanging into the gutters (there are no homes bordering it). The other drain in the circle on the other side of the street is complexly clear externally, however, does not drain at all in a typical summer downpour. Between the two drains, almost the entire road is flooded across.
